A business cover letter on corporate letterhead with arrival and departure dates.  This letter must state your company's moral & financial responsibility to you while in Brazil.  Click Here for a sample business cover letter

Traveling with Minors?

 A signed, notarized MINOR AUTHORIZATION FORM along with copies of each child's BIRTH CERTIFICATE is required.  This form should be signed by each parent whose name is listed on the birth certificate.

 

  

CONSULAR FEES FOR U.S. PASSPORT HOLDERS

TOURIST VISA           $140.00

BUSINESS VISA        $200.00

 

RUSH Service is available at this consulate.

Fees for Non-U.S. Passport holders vary.
