A Business Cover Letter on corporate letterhead with arrival and departure dates.  This letter must state your company’s moral & financial responsibility to you while in India.  Click Here for a sample business cover letter.

2 Passport-sized photos

A copy of your Itinerary

Photocopy of your State Issued I.D.

If you are requesting a 10 year visa, an invitation letter from a company based in India is also  required.
